Brillion Studio

Terms of Service

Last updated September 29, 2026

These terms govern use of Signals, an operations console operated by Brillion House LLC ("Brillion Studio", "we", "us"). By using Signals, the business using it and the people it authorises ("you") agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Signals.

What Signals is

Signals is a console a business uses to work its own data: advertising performance, leads and deals, its inbox across connected channels, documents, scheduling, and related tooling. It connects to accounts you own and authorise, and it shows that data back to you. Signals is a tool. The work it reports on, and the decisions taken from it, remain yours.

Your account

Acceptable use

You may not use Signals to:

Text messages and phone calls

Where you connect a phone number, Signals can send and receive text messages (SMS and MMS) and place and receive calls on your behalf, carried by Twilio. The following apply to every business that uses those features.

You are the sender of the messages you send through Signals, and you are responsible for their content and for complying with the laws that apply to them, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and its state equivalents.

Artificial intelligence features

Signals includes an assistant that can read your connected data, draft text, and offer to carry out actions such as creating a task, saving a document, or setting a reminder. Two things are true of it, and both matter:

Your data

Data you connect remains yours. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising. You can disconnect an integration or request deletion at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep Signals available and accurate, but it depends on platforms we do not control, and it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the figures it reports from a connected platform will match that platform exactly.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brillion Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of Signals. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Indemnity

You will indemnify Brillion Studio against claims arising from your use of Signals in breach of these terms, including claims relating to messages you sent, calls you recorded, or data you were not authorised to connect.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use Signals after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
